2015 年参加工作，2023 年在美国 MD 安德森癌症中心分子病理转化实验室学习1 年。安徽省教育厅优秀骨干人才、蚌埠医科大学 首届“龙湖英才”，蚌医大一附院“杰青” ；任 中国医师协会外科分会肝胆学组委员，欧美同学会医师协会器官移植与捐献分会委员、美国肿瘤研究学会（AACR）会员，安徽省全科医学会外科学分会常委、安徽省医师协会加速康复外科分会委员、安徽省医师协会减重与代谢委员会委员、安徽省医学会外科学分会手术学组委员。担任《肝胆胰外科杂志》、《解放军医学杂志》等编委。于 2022 年度获得安徽省科技进步二等奖一项（R2），浙江省科技进步二等奖一项（R7）；以第一/通讯作者发表本专业相关论文 30 余篇，其中 SCI 收录 20 余篇（中科院一区5 篇），主持省级科研项目 6 项。
