程文珂，男，汉族，山东枣庄人，中共党员，医学博士，主治医师。2013年毕业于济宁医学院临床医学专业，获医学学士学位；2019 年毕业于青海大学内科学（心血管病学）专业，获专业型硕士学位；2021 年国家公派至德国莱比锡大学攻读博士，2024 年毕业于德国莱比锡大学/莱比锡心脏中心，获医学博士学位（PhD）。2025 年 2 月至今在蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院工作，并从事生物学/心血管病博士后研究工作。

长期从事心血管疾病、代谢异常、慢性病流行病学、生物衰老及健康老龄化相关研究。近年来围绕心血管代谢危险因素、胰岛素抵抗、炎症、生物衰老、生活方式与慢性疾病转归等方向开展了系列研究，研究方法涉及大规模人群队列、生物信息学、多状态模型、孟德尔随机化、系统评价与 Meta 分析以及动物实验等。

近年来已发表 SCI 论文 50 篇，总被引近 1000 次，其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文 20 余篇，累计影响因子超过 200 分，H-index 为 18 。2025 年受聘为浙江中医药大学血瘀毒证重点实验室特聘专家，入选 2025 年度教育部博士后海外引才专项。曾获国家奖学金、青海大学优秀毕业生、优秀班干部、国家留学基金委公派留学资助等荣誉。

目前担任 Scientific Reports 、BMC Endocrine Disorders 等期刊编辑委员，并担任BMC Medicine 、BMC Cardiovascular Disorders 、BMC Public Health 、Cardiovascular Diabetology 、 Diabetology &  Metabolic  Syndrome 、 Frontiers  in  Public  Health 、 Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine 、Journal of the American Heart Association 、 Nutrition & Metabolism 、Scientific Reports 等多个国际期刊审稿
